Texas will Break away from the US Federal Government?

Texas came into the Union with the provision that they could leave - Every few years someone comes out of the woodwork and beats this drum- never amounts to anything but who ever does it gets their 5 min of fame.

Good information...what is the reason for teachers packing guns in schools? They're really going to push that 2nd ammendment right. I'm not against it at all...I think everyone should protect themselves....
In today's world I'm not sure if it's a good or a bad thing?

Well, not packing that I know of - one teacher (or more with that one) wanted for self-defense - do not think it went anywhere but was a hot topic for a day or two

I never heard that rumor before yesterday, that's why I'm asking...I always lived in NY so don't know much about Texas. Just that it's a big state, GWB is from there, its where JFK assassinated and I use to watch Dallas...LOL
Never traveled there just changed plans in Dallas once.
