You did? I wondered how many people missed me and then how many know that Mr. Evan was me. Did you know I was deleted but that I made a stand and SH let me come back?

Nope...I was deleted...lost all my polls and raves.

I asked in many emails for them to show me the link to what I said or did. The left my account up for about a week with it just locked and then they deleted it and sent an emails>

Here is what they said:

"Your account has been deactivated for abuse and will remain closed since we are
not going to clean it up.

If users feel uncomfortable about certain content, users should not presume to post
bad content.

Your IP is not banned. Future visits on our site will be allowed without violating
our TOS.

Here is what I said to them first:

I need you to show me what it is I said that has caused you to lock me out of my
account. You said that my account was going to be deleted but it is still there
with all my polls. I just can't log into my account. This make me think some
one has hacked my account. I am going to call my lawyer and speak to him about this
matter because I feel that I am being shut down for political reasons. I have never
made a threat to someone and that is what I was told I did. Someone is attacking
me because of my political views. I will not take this accusation lightly and will
get my lawyer to handle this if need be.

You guys have not shown me why you are shutting me down. You should show me the
proof of what it is that you claim I did. I think you are shutting me down for political
reason. It really does look like that. I am wondering if I should be calling my
lawyer. This is very unfair. Yop also have not deleted me page yet so while you
will not let me log in it looks like I am still online and not yet shut down. I
think I will have to consult my lawyer. If you are shutting people down for being
anti obama that is not going to look good for Sodahead.

Please identify any “overt threat” or “profanity” toward other users in the public
forums. To the best of my knowledge, I have never engaged in such behavior. Your
vague reference to my “previous history” is similarly uninformative. Please tell
me specifically what you claim that I have done and the specific rule or rules of
the website that were violated.

The last time I checked, the First Amended guaranteed me a right to free speech
and all that I have done is exercise that right in good faith and good conscience.
I certainly expect Sodahead not to abrogate a right given to me by the Bill of Rights
to the United States Constitution.

SO I am back. After I got back on I sent many messages to Fef, Ali and SH abuse. I was going to wait until I hid 12,000 rave to go back to Xenon23 but I just decided that since they know who I am I might as well just be me.
