Is Miley Cyrus' Father a "Bad Dad?"
Everyone knows the teenage sensation Miley Cyrus, daughter of country singer, Billy Ray Cyrus, who has been heavily criticized for taking inappropriate photos for the Vanity Fair Magazine. Her father, Billy Ray claims that he was not present during the photo shoot, and did not know what the photographer, Annie Leibovitz, had in mind for the shoot. When he found out he was surprised, but not upset, as he said: "… stuff happens. That's life."
Miley Cyrus has erupted with popularity, has become more well known than her father. Being a family of celebrities, life has got to be tough, but should Billy Ray Cyrus really be considered a 'bad' dad? He's supported Miley and helped her come to fame, and she is hugely successful now. Except for the few photographs, Miley is a pretty good role model for those that idolize, especially in comparison to other celebrities such as Britney Spears. Has Billy Ray Cyrus really screwed up enough to be considered a bad dad?

What are you talking ABOUT! Britney spears is not a bad idol. She had it way tougher than most celebs. And Miley is jsut a little porn star. . .practiving for playboy when she is 18. She is not a good roll model. And yes, billy rae cyrus is a bad father. Fuckin stupid to post that up there. -

Miley really screwed up.I don't belive it's her dad's fault though.My opion is that Miley brought this on herself.Sure she may be 15, but i think she would have a little more sense that that.I mean showing her bra and undies i mean come on she knows that's wrong!!Also she shouldn't be crawling all over boys doing the "wrong" thing.All i can sayi hope she can approve in her behavior and i REALLY hope she does not end up like Jamie Lynn Spears, but for right now she has a nice start.
