Barack Obama&#39;s residual force might total up to 50,000 troops remaining in Iraq. Barack Obama won support by stating his plan on withdrawing U.S. combat forces from Iraq within 16 months after becoming president. Some Antiwar activists aren&#39;t sure what to think, but there is general agreement that the announcement has not hurt Barack Obama&#39;s campaign. <OBJECT orig_size="250x375" width="250" height="375"><param name="allownetworking" value="internal"/><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="never"/><param name="enableJSURL" value="false"/><param name="enableHREF" value="false"/><param name="saveEmbedTags" value="true"/><param name="wmode" value="transparent"/><param name="movie" value="http://images.sodahead.com/images/flash/poll.swf?poll_id=120568&pollserver=sodahead.com&width=250&height=375&theme_id=6234"/><embed src="http://images.sodahead.com/images/flash/poll.swf?poll_id=120568&pollserver=sodahead.com&width=250&height=375&theme_id=6234" allownetworking="internal" wmode="transparent" allowScriptAccess="never" enableHREF="false" height="375" width="250" enableJSURL="false" orig_size="250x375" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"/></OBJECT> <A href="http://sodahead.com/widget/create/"><img src="http://sodahead.com/images/widget/CreatePollSmall.png" title="president antiwar activists general agreement announcement hurt barack obamas campaign" height="13" width="53" orig_size="53x13" alt="president antiwar activists general agreement announcement hurt barack obamas campaign" border="0"/></A><A href="http://sodahead.com/poll/120568/?link=p_120568"><img src="http://sodahead.com/images/widget/ViewEntirePollSmall.png" title="president antiwar activists general agreement announcement hurt barack obamas campaign" height="13" width="53" orig_size="53x13" alt="president antiwar activists general agreement announcement hurt barack obamas campaign" border="0"/></A><A href="http://sodahead.com/poll/120568/?link=p_120568/">Poll Answers</A> <A href="http://technorati.com/claim/m4kzn5v6w" target="_blank" rel="me">Technorati Profile</A> 2008-07-23T00:03:55Z SodaHead Political Newsroom Kucinich Tries To Impeach Bush http://www.sodahead.com/blog/8250 <div align="left"><a href="http://www.sodahead.com/user/profile/309789/"> <img src="http://images.sodahead.com/images/profiles/0/0/0/3/0/9/7/8/9/profiles_ProfilePic3_4046_475364_media_small.jpeg" align="middle" border="0" alt="SodaHead Political Newsroom"/> <small>SodaHead Political Newsroom</small></a> </div> <div><a href="http://www.sodahead.com/blog/8250/"></a> <b>+1 raves</b> </div> Rep. Dennis Kucinich took the House floor for four-and-a-half hours to deliver a powerful and detailed accounting of how Bush has abused the power of his office by repeatedly placing himself and his aides above the law that he is sworn to uphold. The House voted 251-166 to send the articles to the Judiciary Committee. Although non one believes these articles will have any effect on the Bush Administration, Kucinich&#39;s articles will go into the Congressional Record and become part of our nation&#39;s historical record. <A href="http://technorati.com/claim/m4kzn5v6w" target="_blank" rel="me">Technorati Profile</A> 2008-06-18T22:08:50Z SodaHead Political Newsroom Rove Got Served! http://www.sodahead.com/blog/6892 <div align="left"><a href="http://www.sodahead.com/user/profile/309789/"> <img src="http://images.sodahead.com/images/profiles/0/0/0/3/0/9/7/8/9/profiles_ProfilePic3_4046_475364_media_small.jpeg" align="middle" border="0" alt="SodaHead Political Newsroom"/> <small>SodaHead Political Newsroom</small></a> </div> <div><a href="http://www.sodahead.com/blog/6892/"></a> <b>+2 raves</b> </div> The House Judiciary Committee served a subpoena to former top Bush aide Karl Rove oto compel his testimony concerning allegations that the Department of Justice had dismissed U.S. attorneys based on party affiliation. A decisive win in Pennsylvania&#39;s April 22 primary vote is necessary for Clinton to convince the party&#39;s undecided superdelegates to give her the nomination. University of Pennsylvania professor Donald Kettl says some of the &quot;air [is] starting to slip out of Hillary Clinton&#39;s tires.&quot; Obama, who does better when the voters see him more, has spent $3 million dollars trying to get his name and message out, while Hillary Clinton has only spent $1 million dollars. 2008-04-07T21:28:23Z SodaHead Political Newsroom Election 2008: Where We Stand http://www.sodahead.com/blog/2727 <div align="left"><a href="http://www.sodahead.com/user/profile/309789/"> <img src="http://images.sodahead.com/images/profiles/0/0/0/3/0/9/7/8/9/profiles_ProfilePic3_4046_475364_media_small.jpeg" align="middle" border="0" alt="SodaHead Political Newsroom"/> <small>SodaHead Political Newsroom</small></a> </div> <div><a href="http://www.sodahead.com/blog/2727/"></a> <b>+7 raves</b> </div> Democrats: 2,025 Delegates Needed To Win Barack Obama is barely ahead with 1,263 (161 Superdelegates) delegates to Hillary Clinton&#39;s 1,212 (234 Superdelegates).
