Are we really ready for a change? On sodahead it seems not!
Stop it! I am getting tired of bashing! I don't want to hear it! I am fed up with black and white, atheist or christian, gay or straight, and finally republican or democrat. We have no right to JUDGE each other. Regardless if our candidate is Obama or Mccain, how can we ask for a change when it doesn't even start within ourselves. We talk about better economy, healthcare, energy prices, mortages, but we are not even trying to STOP, and look within ourselves and see what we are doing to each other. Stop the division. How can we teach the future generation of children to better thenselves
when we are acting like KIDS ourselves. Grow up and start the CHANGE now!
when we are acting like KIDS ourselves. Grow up and start the CHANGE now! When you vist my page... tell me about yourself! : )
I have been on sodahead for seven months now. It would be really cool, if sodahead could tell you who visits your page. I have met some really cool people that I haven't added as friends. Also I have friends that I really don't know that well.Tell me about yourself, and I hope we can be friends. : )
Can you go one week on sodahead without drama?
Can you give PEACE a chance on sodahead. Majority of people have left not because of the stale questions, but because of drama. Sodahead used to be fun, and now it is filled with rude people, bashing, namecallng, and immaturity. Lets give peace a chance. We need to realize that if someone tries to doubt our intelligence, push their beliefs on our religious and political view is to IGNORE them. Once you say something, and someone wants to debate with you, don't give in. I realize I was debating with people, but not in a healthy knowledgeable debate, but a IGNORANT debate. I realize that I am a happy person, and I will not let people take the postive energy out of me.
Why is racism still alive?
Why can't we accept people for who they are. Why is the color and the looks so important. Why can't we look at people for their hearts, and intellect. When we all bleed we are still the same. Why is there fear of interracial dating, or making friends. We all need to come together and accept people for who they are- PEOPLE.
Be a Leader not a follower.
Society takes a big role in who we are: tv, radio, music, magazines, movies, and friends. Need I say more? We cannot let life decide who we are. We cannot let things make up our prejudice, sterotypes, and limit us to the box. Commericals tell women that we have to be tall, thin, and blonde. Men have to be dark, tall, and handsome. If your not wearing the latest fashions your not in. Where is this all coming from. Be yourself. Don't be defined in a world that is only made up of physical and materialistic fluff. Live your life. Love who you are.
