Yes, we can point fingers at all those who caused this $$$ crisis in USA,but anyone who bought big products.....SUV's,big screen TV's etc .etc.have to look in the mirror also.Those home loans were just the straw that broke the camel's back.So we're all in this mess together and hopefully can get out of it together!!!

I am an Independent voter,but after all Bush has done it will be a long time before I'd ever vote Rep.!!I am old and I have not seen our USA so sad,upset,angry since WW2 and the Vietnam war.We need a change in the White House.I think both candidates are good men.But one I see as an old man who has been through much mentally and physically,yet obsessed with being President.An old man,like I am an old woman.....too bad he can just relax and enjoy retirement! I fear if the job too big for him we'll have a person, most of us never heard of 'til the convention, as our President at this time ,when USA is in such a precarious financial state and at war!

As Irish Nurse implied"why doesn't Sister Jean live in a convent"!!!Here's the sad story....in R.I. no Sisters of Mercy live in convents(ALL this is on my profile IF people bother to read!!!!!)First,I left a very happy convent( with my superior's approval) to care for my Dad 18 years'til he died at 90.At that time there were no convents to go to,most nuns live in Apt.'s now,Wake up were are not in the 1950,when many girls gave their lives to God!!!So I live in a simple 4 room bungalow,I guess after teaching 38 years I deserve a place to live.Maybe I should go to the poor house,it would make some Sodaheads happy.Maybe if people read profiles they may learn something.I hope someone is able to get the chip off Irish Nurse's shoulder for anything to do with Religion drives her crazy,must be heavy to carry!! Free country....I have been blocked by some since I first came here.That is their right and if they want no contact,fine with me.Those I have blocked have either been very rude,like telling me my English and spelling not up to par!!!Others who question my Christianity more than once,a few recently who accussed me of doing a sexy poll....why bother read it then!!! As most who really bother to get to know me, KNOW I am a fun loving nun.I was a fun loving kid..it's my nature...maybe cuzzzz I was showered with so much love all my life and spoiled to death!!!My order,the Sisters of Mercy,knew that and accepted me.I also have done serious stuff... like teaching almost 50 years and caring for my Dad 'til his death at 90.Watching him die for 15 hours a day his last 23 days was not fun,,nor was it running off to teach while he was dying.So yes this nun has fun in Sodaland and I wish if you don't like my polls don't bother with them or block me if I have not already blocked you!!!Yes, this bad nun blocks people....i do not need mean, rude people on my computer anymore than I would want them in my home.p.s. I was minutes from death in 2000 as I coded twice ALL the more reason I am so happy to be here and ALIVE...so love me or leave me ALONE PLEASE
