The favorite part of the meal for children of all ages. It doesn't matter is you utilize a mix, or happen to be a "purist" who absolutely MUST do everything from scratch! It's the final result that counts. |

Anyone have an "authenic" marinade for steak tacos or burritos. I usually use skirt steak that's tenderized, but I'm looking for something to add flavor to the meat. I tried lime juice and cilantro and it wasn't too bad. any other suggestions??? Appreciate it. :):):) |

bout 8 anehiem chili peppers
2lbs ground beef
1 cup or 2 mild chunky picante suace
bag of shredded mexican cheese
8 oz pepper jack chesse
8 burritto size tortilla
cook the ground beef put the picante in it mix of course
cut the tops off the chilis core seeds out and stuff with mex cheese
wrap chilis with tortillas
13 x 9 glass pan
put a layer of ground beef in bottom and place wrapped chilles in
cover chilles with slices of pepperjack cheese
pour the rest of the beef on top then cover with more mex cheese
cook about 25 mins on 350
what i can remember
for Chilli
2 cans pinto
2 cans kidney dark
1/4 cup chili powder
little brown sugar 2 punch or more
honey 2 table spoons
1 white onion
1 bunch of greens onions
2 cans of roasted garlic tomatoes
punch of oregano
punch of cheyenne
2 small cans green chilles
1 jalepno with seeds ( optional ,Ya know)
1 can of corn
2 lbs shoulder roast ( put garlic salt on it and chili powder to oven)( chopped it up and put it n)
sorry i forgot the 3 oz. tamatoe paste
mines friggin good but really hot
