    Of-course you're not a dummie! You just talk about any issues you have or questions you would like to ask people. SOme groups are used more than others. Unfortunately, we haven't used this group as much as we should. So, your input would be great! Please share! You can also e-mail me any time.

    Howdy folks,
    Thanks Juli for the invite. I am forwarding this out to the community as you mentioned.

    I have a lot of autoimmune dis-orders. Anyone have any alternative remedies to support pain and inflammation? I have been taking about 10 meds a day for about 6 years now. 1 of those are 800mg of tylenol 2x a day...so I am really worried about my liver. I do not want to continue taking meds for a long time but can't seem to get the doctors to agree.

    Sure could use some ideas about how to get the inflammation and pain under control.

    Fibermyalgia, PTSD military related, blood disorders, thyroid, it goes on and on...

    Hi All,
    Found sodahead and I have been looking for a place to vent about my health. Is this the right type of place? I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable. I don't get the whole Q & A part of this site. So much info on the web...so little time.
