Which is better for professional networking...FACEBOOK or LINKEDIN?

Jupiter media analyst Barry Parr was quoted in CNN Money to say, “At some point people are going to want to simplify. The open question that no one is really prepared to answer is how many networks do you really want to belong to?”
Facebook is making yet another headline. The social network is developing a new feature that will allow users to separate their work friends from their social friends. This feature however, could mean stiff competition for professional social network LinkedIn, whose focus is connecting people who work with each other.

    Answered Undecided

Never heard of Linkedin, and wn't go back to Facebook due to the ridiculous amount of spam and sex offers I was sent in my short time there. Even with no picutres and my real name and gender hidden!. I'll stick with MySpace as I've had no problems there personally, their staff takes care of reported trouble pronto, and they;ve already added a feature that allows one to separate one's friends into groups.

    Answered Linkedin

I am currently favoring Linkedin for ease of use and better design. My daughters got me started on Facebook and I am rapidly catching up to Linkedin for contacts and connections.
