The weather was really bad here, I had to stay in all afternoon. :)
It's was raining so hard yesterday... I did not have to water my plants myself, LOL!

It was like that here yesterday, I spent all morning, picking up leaves and broken limbs, I did not have to water today either, but I will tomorrow, its so hot here! in the mid 90's It will get worse soon!

Soon it will be 100 degrees, and above everyday! It gets miserable, even the pool water will get hot! July, August, and September are always sweltering!

In 1980 it set a record, on my Birthday! it was 113 degrees! it was a horrible heat wave that year! I still remember it clearly! It was miserable!

Lots of trees, the back of the property is up against a nature reserve, so we get all kinds of critters. Deer, foxes, wild turkey, coyotes, racoons, the only thing I haven't seen is a bear, but even that wouldn't surprise me. It's pretty in the fall, but then we get six months of blah and snow.

We have an acre lot, half is wooded, all kinds of critters back there! Snow is a real treat for us, seldom ever happens!

I know snow in Texas is a rarity, I remember once when I was stationed at Kelly AFB it snowed and they shut down all the freeways.

Here we get tons of it. Average over 100 inches a year. Here's a link my town keeps faithful records.

Oh it's fun to go sit in the hot tub while it's snowing, that's great! You get so warm you can walk barefoot in the snow and it doesn't bother you.

We have done that once, since we put in the pool and hot tub, it was so pretty! I loved it! didn't last long enough!
