As millions of taxpayers check their mail daily hoping to receive the stimulus payment, there are others who have received more than their fair share. One taxpayer said she'd already deposited her $600 stimulus payment when a second check arrived in the mail, also marked "stimulus payment" and also for $600. The IRS said in May that about 1,500 payments were sent to the wrong accounts. The IRS is already doing something about it, "If a taxpayer receives more than one stimulus payment the erroneous additional payment should be returned to the IRS," the tax agency said in an emailed statement. If the erroneous payment was a paper check, write "void" in the endorsement section on the back of the check, and attach a note that says you are returning an "erroneous stimulus payment check," the IRS said.

Answered No. I have only recieved my fair share, no extra.
thought I was getting more on my tax return, and was going to use that and the stimulus to purchase a TV. But since I didn't, stimulus is just sitting in the bank until I figure something else to spend it on. -
That would be nice, but the mortgage company takes offense to not getting paid. As does the car loan company, the car insurance company, the electric company, the gas company, the water company, the cable company and the phone company. Then we have the taxes, property and sewer and after that comes the food bill and gas for the cars (now at almost $600.00 a month BTW!!) but if by some miracle there is anything left over, I'll be sure and put that savings idea into action. ;-)
Answered No. I am still waiting for my stimulus check!
Where's my money!
