Yeah, saying the lady needs Depends at 52 is maybe a little excessive, but what the heck - that's the way they advertise those things! But I bet I could get an expert witness to give a "scientific" opinion that it would have taken a "deflection" for the object to have hit her in the eye, if indeed it did! I have seen too many of these allegations to not take them with a 'grain of salt'! -

A 52 year old lady should really know how to put on her underwear without injuring herself!! And even if she hasn't got that mastered, she shouldn't be so juvenile as to blame her injury on the company that sold her the panties! She did buy them in the first place, so she had to look at them and see any "possible dangers!" She's 52 for gosh sakes! Hopefully she's mastered buying and putting on panties! -

Seeing this could cause people to have accidents. It would take a triple-look to make sure it was real!
