Drink up! A study indicates no long term effect to caffeine intake. Does this make you want to drink caffeinated drinks all day?
Caffeine is found to be harmless, so will you drink more?-

it makes me feel better about when i do drink all the energy drinks that i do ,but really they never really know For SURE about almost anything so how about we actually LIVE our lives beyond what the most recent study says NO that doesn't mean i support getting addicted to caffeine or definately not the intake of poisionous sugar-subsitutes ,but you can't live your life in fear if you do one day you will wake-up and wonder where the years went -

Answered No, this doesn't change my opinion at all. Caffeine is not healthy!
Lol....It's a stimulant. Who did this study? Coke? Pepsi? Maxwell House? Folgers? Red Bull? Or did they pay to have the study done? Any stimulant on the human body causes some problems. The study is BS! -

Doctors advise patients all the time to cut or diminish their intake of caffein, or better, cut it out completely. It raises blood pressure, causes a lack of sleep, and jangles the nerves, all not good. Scientist are always changing their minds. Smoking at one time was a favorite pastime of doctors, they were even shown in ads. It was always bad for you! Caffein is addictive and you are better off without it! -

I've the type of system/brain chemistry that both get along well with caffiene. I can easily fall asleep an hour after drinking 10 shots of espresso. I actually slip in2 my approximation of dreamland easier after consuming a large(24 ounces+) french press of coffee.

that i already drink enough...
lol
nah but like it doesn't have long term affects but if you drink more than like 5 cups a day it makes your heart expand and can cause cardiac arrest...
the lesson in this is drink 3 cups a day and none on saturdays and you'll never die of a heart attack =D -

All those studies just end up contradicting them selves eventually. Everything in moderation!
