Somalia hasn't had an effective government for over 17 years, and it also hasn't rained there for over 3 years. What could be done about this?
I'm going to leave the question open ended, since I have faith in the Sodaheading public to solve world problems. With the price of food going through the roof, the Somalis are getting less and less food for their relief dollar every month-- they also having seen rain for 3 years and things are quickly becoming a wasteland/desert.-

George Carlin said it best........... MOVE!
I believe it's due to the Islamic fundis. who have taken over Somalia many years ago..... Allah is just one sick evil bastard and will stop at nothing in punishing them!.... Maybe they do not worship him correctly or do not tourture their women enough..... -
Answered There is no solution!
It seems simple to us to just tell them all to move but then what? They move and and fill another country and then another. Some of the problems in Somalia are government related as much as drought. At some point a change in government must occur and since we've proven that we can't manage it...Somolies will have to do it themselves.
