Answered I just hold my breath and fill the tank up!
I have a Nissan Murano which holds 18 gallons but I'm only 12 miles round trip a day from work so it depends on how much I drive on the weekends. If little or none - I can go 3 weeks on a tank of gas. -
Yes, but after using it through the first few tanks it has gotten better. I have figured out that factoring in cost of fuel, my vehicle, where I drive and how often I drive it is more beneficial to "Burn the Corn" right now... It did not make sense when fuel was $2.00 or less.

I never usually let it get all the way to empty (or close enough to worry about running out). I fill it and it runs me about 65-70 to do so. I have two children, both of whom are in carseats still. I am trying for a 3rd. We have a Honda minivan and I don't see that changing anytime soon (like within the next decade). -
Answered I only put in a certain dollar amounts worth of gas at a time.
It's a good 45 dollars to fill up my gas tank but I get 36 miles to the gallon in my supposed "gas efficient" Cobalt. It's not bad. I put in 25 and get over a half a tank which lasts a bit. -

I really don't even kknow what to say about this! I would have already started riding a bicycle to work if it wasn't so far! Its funny....You work to make money and survive, but you can't get to work without a car with gas in it, but you can't afford gas unless you work and make money, but you can't work and make money unless you have gas in your car to get to work, but you can't have gas in your car to get to work unless you make money, but you can't.........you get the point! -

It takes an average of $84 to fill up my tank and that lasts about a week to 1 1/2! CRAZY!! Too bad my truck is paid off and I don't want to get into debt, I would be looking for a car that has good gas mileage. -

I drive a Honda Civic coupe which is great on gas. I get about 34 miles per gallon highway and 26 miles per gallon in the city. I usually get a 1/2 tank to 3/4 of a tank at a time, which ends up costing me $24-$29 each time (small tank only 10 or 11 gallons). Hey Congress, get your heads out of your asses and get something done. DRILL NOW! DRILL NOW! DRILL NOW! Happy 4th of July everyone! Don't eat hamburgers this weekend. There was a 147 million pounds of ground beef that went to 22 states and is now on recall because it's tainted. -

It's like thirty bucks to fill up my tank. It used to be eleven. Jeez. And is it me or does the gas seem not to last as long as before? As if they are diluting it with something. I don't know. I have had my car for many years and I think it eats up gas a lot more now than before. And it's a Honda. It's usually pretty good with gas.
