security is a necessity, it's the food, shelter and safety issues that must be met before the luxury of love can really take root. when a person must be afraid or hungry or in constant turmoil,the needs of survival must come before everything else.

Love is what I have. Security too, if you take into account I married a friend I trust completely. But if you're referring to financial security we have none. Our retirement plans are to be old, broke... and together. *grin*

I have children. I'm always thinking of my responsibilities to them. In my head I repeat. I got to feed my chicks I got to feed my chicks. I'd like the security of knowing I can always feed my chicks. Which means I got to go home and cook, wash, transport etc. etc. Provide whatever they need.

Good question.... I know me and I love the love but security keeps me from going nuts. I can't fake it so I have to have the luv and hope security is around the corner.
