Bozo or Obama? Which one would you vote for if the choices for president in the 2008 United States Presidential election were Barack Obama or Bozo the Clown?
Please read the following important note regarding the recent death of Larry Harmon.Note: This poll was made the night before I heard that Larry Harmon, probably the most famous of the many people who have played the part of Bozo the Clown, passed away. Of course I would not have posted this poll that night if I had known. I'm not even quite sure whether the poll was posted before or after his death, but I made it in response to some comments that were posted in another one of my polls about Bozo the Clown being the best choice for President of the United States of America, and I meant no disrespect. There are some jokes being posted in here about president Bush being a clown and things like that. Some people may find that disrespectful to the family or the memory of Larry Harmon, but I disagree and I would like to say why. Although I have never played a famous clown like Bozo, I myself have played the part of a clown professionally for a somewhat short period of time in the past, so I speak from experience when I say that clowns were meant to be laughed at and I'm sure Larry Harmon would have enjoyed knowing that the character he worked so hard to make as funny as he could was still getting some laughs here in this poll. That said, my Larry Harmon rest in peace and may Bozo the Clown live on in our memories, never to be taken too seriously, nor to be forgotten.
In my poll that asks people if they are sure who would be the best choice for president of the United States of America, someone supporting the perennial write-in Bozo the Clown suggested that he's better than all of the other candidates because he's not racist and doesn't have terrorist ties. Evidently he doesn't know that Barack Obama also fits that description, is qualified for the job, is a real human being, and is actually running for the office. This same person then went on to ask, "Wouldnt you vote bozo" which I think is a fair question since in the past so many people have... but in light of the fact that people seem to have done so out of a lack of actual good choices, now that we have one I figured why not see how many people out there really think that Bozo the Clown would be the best choice for the president of the United States of America.
(Not me as a clown... just me clowing around as an activist)

You were the one who said "Check it out at snopes if you DON’t BELIEVE ME!!!!!" So now that someone did, you want to tell him that the reason he didn't find the evidence to there to support your claim is because it's NOT a hoax? I suppose you probably already know that Snopes does reports on things that are hoaxes as well as things that are thought by many to be hoaxes but are in fact true. They do the research and give their opinion on whether something is true or not along with information about how they formed that opinion and the evidence to back it up. Are you just being silly or what?

Not sure, but I think she's just trying to keep me from looking like I'm the only one who wasn't sure. Hehe. I never was good with sarcasm... but her question of "are you just being silly" at the end makes it look to me like she's being sarcastic... I think. Hehe.

Or in Bush's case... "HIS" country... but they can't deport him there because nobody can figure out where it is. That's why they tried to pass a law that would discourage support of languages other than English in the United States, ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/... ) they had to include wording that would protect those who are not fluent in English to avoid having to deport George W. Bush.
Okay, so maybe he didn't mean what it sounded like he said. Good thing there are translators out there to help make sense of what he's really trying to tell us.
Of course, some things just don't translate well no matter what you do.

If you want someone who knows how to clown around with our lives, you've had your time. George W. Bush is already on his second term. Those of us who actually care about the future of America will either be voting for Barack Obama... except of course for those few who either have been misinformed by rumors and negative campaigning or have some minor party candidate in mind and don't know enough about Barack Obama to support him.
Now, if you really want to support military minded clowns, there are much better ones out there than Bush and McCain to choose from....
