    It's somewhat different than my profile here, is not connected to my profile here in any way, and I don't give it out. It is my public profile, my business card if you will.

    It may not be very exciting, but I know that in the future should I ever decide to change jobs prospective employers WILL check, just as surely as they give a written test and a drug test.

    It allows old friends and class mates to look me up by name and leave a message if they want to. It's not gangster, doesn't blink, there are no pictures of me passed out naked on the lawn surrounded by hundreds of beer bottles. No such picture exists.

    In my opinion people over the age of 18 with private profiles usually have something to hide.
