The only bad thing is that my fybromyalgia has
me waking up about 3 times during the night, so
it is all broken up sleep and I feel worst then it I
was to only sleep 3hrs. :)
First I listen to hear if one of my kids is screaming wanting up, if not then I look at the clock to determine how much more sleep I think I will get. IF one of the kids is screaming I think about how much sleep I missed out on.
