Economy & Indicators
Gas prices have risen to new highs, causing many people to change their spending habits and consider alternate forms of transportation to get around town. With the economy already in a slump, these high gas prices are leading more people into debt, especially in cities where gas has reached over $5.00 a gallon.

Answered Yes, gas prices will continue to go up until something drastic happens.
There has to be some counter force here, the US economy going into recession might work or it might not. If the prices get too high then it will just cause inflation and eventually people won't be able to pay for it. Something has to happen though!

Until the American people stick together and say enough is enough will anything get better. Those oil tycoons are rolling in our dough!
