Solar Paneled Prius- Would you buy one?
Japan's Toyota Motor company has decided to give the ever so popular, Prius, another make-over. This time, the very gas efficient hybrid will also be equipped with solar panels on the roof of the vehicle, which will help to power the car's air conditioner. Supplying part of the 2-5 kilowatts needed to power the A/C, the vehicle should be even more fuel efficient. Toyota plans to increase its production of Prius at home to 450,000 in 2009.

Answered Ooh, Yes! More things should cary solar panels like the Prius.

I can't afford one now so I won't be able to buy one with solar panels, but I can hope.

    it looked better & had more room. I've got 3 kids and a husband...we're not cramming into a little car.
