Who do you think is more responsible for the rising oil prices?

As most Americans know the price of oil / gas is moving up faster and faster. who do you think is the cause.

    All of the above plus China and India for spiking oil demand. Bush for screwing up our economy and crashing the dollar. Speculators for their unbridled (not to mention extremely greedy) speculation. OPEC for failing increase production and Oil companies for playing along in order to make bales of money.
