Chocolate sauce is best when it's poured on....

puddle of blue...I provided "My Favorite" so that people could opt out of making a decision. However, I was really interested in which on the list most people preferred with chocolate. Based upon the answers of this poll my next party will include a make it yourself ice cream sundae, banana split bar. I really appreciate everyone participating and I'm sure so will my friends at my annual August "Dog Days of Summer" party.

And pastries. I claim to be "Gourmet", but I don't like dark chocolate. The bitterness, hits spots in my jaw and tongue that I hate. Dark Chocolate sauce over fresh fruit, is so bitter!!!

Xzoya...You're one of the few people who understand why I don't really care for chocolate. It hits the wrongs spots in my mouth and makes me want to stick out my tongue and scrape the chocolate off of my tongue. Adding spice like ancho chili powder to chocolate sauce changes my tongues reaction to the chocolate.

Even milk chocolate, like Lindt makes? I get the same reaction from good quatily dark chocolate (more than 70% cocoa), that I do with MSG. A pain in my jaw, as well as bothering my taste buds.

Xzoya...Milk chocolate that melts in my mouth makes me feel like I'm choking and the way it glubs down my throat is just not appealing. All my friends think I'm nuts for not like chocolate...*LOL*
