  • raves +2   [-] by Spaneol Tap
None!!! I should of gotten this thing a long time ago. It's fantastic. My knee doesn't hurt, and I can really run. the only thing is, I have to get new track pants, because I can't get yoga pants over it. It's warm now, but I like to jog outside as much as possible.

  • raves +2   [-] by Spaneol Tap
not always, no. Not the way I learned, which was from my mother. The woman who was teaching me here, is a pro, but she is German. She wanted me to dance with a partner, and I didn't like it so much.
