    But the question was is it because we are insecure? Most of the people I regularly see here, yourself included, don't seem insecure; more of a 'support group with raves.'

    Greed for an intangible thing like raves? Contrary to what I was told on a different poll http://sodahead.com/question/... you can't trade them on Ebay for cookies. So they are a marker, a currency you show how much people like or agree with you. You have to admit it's a much better system than MySpace. Does anyone believe those people with a million friends actually KNOW a million people? *grin*
