I touch it up like 5 times on an average day. But if I'm going someplace special, meeting important people, etc. I touch it up about a million times.

Answered I don't wear make up.
I usually don't wear makeup. If I do, it's eyeliner only and I put it on and forget about it for school. For going out, I might touch up once or twice.

Some people do, apparently. And some think they do, but they don't.

I've seen people wear loads of black mascara, and it looks bad. It doesn't help that they're blonde. No offense to blondes of course, but what I mean is lots of black mascara is not flattering to those with a light hair colour.

Hmm, you have point... Make-up also depends on the person who's wearing it. Not everyone looks good on make-up, but people dont care wether it looks good or not.. they just want to wear it.
