he has his girl looking moments[like when his hairs down]but no no...he just wears make-up ,nailpolish,and hairspray....he's the first one to make it look so good that he gets recognized...so what?if Tom dressed like Bill maybe people would think he looks like a lesbian too....wait what does a lesbian even look like...they have a look now?
