Do iPod headphones hurt your ears?

Do iPod headphones hurt your ears?

I dunno, I keep hoping the pain will go away. I wonder if my ears are just made small or something.... I dunno.

My problem with them is they're too big. They constantly fall off my ears. I use Sony earphones for that matter and because the bass makes it louder.

I see you got my joke. I was just kidding. The question had a bit of irony because I just bought an ipod for my boys for their birthdays and my oldest one said the ear bud hurt his ears.
