How many times a year do you get sick?

How many times a year do you get sick?

sick as in you actually have to stay home from w/e you are doing that day.
not when you just have a small runny nose.

    Nice finding!

    i just got sick a few days ago that i had to stay home from school.
    i'm going to look for that Airbone medicine next time i go to the store.
    hopefully it does the same work for me.

    well i will sure give it a try.
    specially since the flue season is coming up soon.
    i will also recommend it to my aunt and her co-workers.
    because she works in the attendance office of a my high school.
    and in the two years that i been there i have gotten to know all the people that work in the office and they HATE getting sick or having people around them who get sick because if they get sick they have to stay home and they cant just hire subs to do their jobs, so then they will be a whole days worth of work behind.
    and no one wants that.

    I get sick everytime my Washington Redskins loose on Sundays. I have the Monday blues when I go to work. :)) If they have a good season, maybe I'll be cured.

    No secret, I take care of myself, excersize, eat well, I'm a vegetarian, wash my hands frequently, try to stay away from people that have contagious illnesses. That's about it.

    depends I guess, there have been years where I don't remember getting sick at all and then there are others where I have been sick a lot

    I usually get that dreaded cold or flu once a year that puts me in bed for a day or so. Also, a migraine once a year will knock me out...but other than that...things are healthy.

    Once or twice a year and that's normally because I've allowed my battery to run down and my immune system weakens. Otherwise I'm a very healthy person. I might need to get more rest/sleep but 4 to 5 hours per night is fine enough with me.

    i only get sick from the sick people at school, who don't happen to
    want to stay home, and instead they get others sick, like me!

    If that. I used to get really sick (stayed with me for a couple weeks, lost my voice for an entire week, while teaching, etc...) I have asthma and it was always killer on my lungs. I started taking colloidal silver as a supplement whenever I start feeling symptoms...or if someone around me is really ill. Now I hardly get sick! :)

    I might catch a small cold but I will get pretty sick once a year- bad sinus infection, stomach flu, etc etc. My body throws some weird ones at me- I somehow got a staph infection in my throat. That was a bad one...
