If your significant other had a nice body, would you be OK with them being a stripper as long as no one could touch them and the money was great?

Well that's degrading and a really fast way to loose your significiant other.
Why would you want your significiant other involved in that type of life?
There are other really good, and better paying jobs that don't require loosing your self respect. -

I dont really think that women are objects, and having other guys looking at my girlfriend like that wouldn't really make me happy. But hey, if it was her choice as long as she stayed faithful what really could I do? I wouldnt like it or encourage it but if I loved her enough and she loved me enough I guess we'd just have to make it work lol. -

Thats really more complicated than it seems.
If your significant other really likes her job than it HAS TO be okay.
But it's also your caring...I mean do you feel confortable having lots of men drooling over you girl's body?
I know I wouldn't want girl doing that to my boyfriend... -_-
But it's all about confort..they might not touch her/him but if you don't like it, it's dirty money. -

I would have a horrible displacement issue, I would not feel that what is mine, is 100% mine, or at least mostly mine... what I mean is, I'd rather have a girl or woman, that would make me feel like I was the most important, and never give even a glimpse of what she had, to anyone but myself...
sounds selfish yes, that is why I used the words: displacement issue... I guess I would have one in that situation -

Playboy Playmate, maybe, but stripper? No.
I've seen what happens to women once they start working at strip clubs.
Self-respect goes out the window. High chance of lesbianism occuring.
Different clubs have different levels of contact, both inside and outside the clubs. -

If she's a stripper, more than likely she has issues...serious "daddy" issues and I would dump her!
Rule number 1....Don't date or marry a stripper.
Rule number 2....Dump any chick who wants to be one
Rule number 3...STAY AWAY FROM STRIP BARS! Waste of money and time! You will not have much luck finding a quality person at a strip bar. Whores, junkies and chicks with issues. -
raves +3 Oct 01, 2007 08:44AM GMTLol...How right your husband is! Women with "daddy" issues are much quicker to do what ever the guy wants to please them. Like your husband, I agree that it's MUCH better to be with a woman who has self respect and doesn't have more issues than a magazine stand. It's a turn off to be with some mindless twit ready to please at the drop of a dime. I also I have a hard time with women who don't have their own life. The kind that make their man's life, their life. It feels like your with a life leach.

raves Oct 01, 2007 02:49PM GMT"life leach" I like that.
And there are plenty of men out there who get that way, too. To be with someone like that brings on a suffocating feeling whether you're a man or woman.
Only two people who can boldly and confidently stand on their own two feet can happily walk together. (IMO) - Two halves don't make a whole, they make two halves. -

I would not really want them to have a job like that ... Their body should be for my eyes only : ))
