    Not based on family, gender issues at all, but merely on her experiences, skills and knowledge...she is not at all ready to run this country and deal effectively with leaders around the world. We live in a complex world, so, it is no-longer only about the USA. Why is it that Mr. McCain continues to control her and shield her from the press and media?. It is absolutely for that reason.

    Might I remind you that the other canidate for President has virtually no experience, skills or knowledge either. And the media seems perfectly fine with not highlighting that aspect of his campaign so why shouldn't Palin get protected for the same things?

    And you are right, this election is not only about the US anymore. I agree. You wouldn't know that by the Democratic speeches I've heard so far. Everyone highlights the AMERICAN economy and how the foreign war is hurting the US. Seems to me that the only party worried about nations outside of the US are the Republicans.
