Who is your favorite band: A7X, Evanescence, Bleeding Through, or The Used?

raves +1 Sep 06, 2008 04:45AM GMTlike i said i'm not trying 2 take anything away from the other bands. i think they r all great in thier own way. as far as bleeding through they r a really awesome band. really amazing on stage! i just think any band that can give you so many diffrent sounds and types of music and not have all their stuff sound the same over and over is advanced. A7X has done just that. each album is totatly diffrent from the 1st. bleeding through is a great band.i was not saying anything against them. 2 tell u the truth i don't think i had ever heard any of their stuff before i saw them with HIM last year but after i saw them on stage i thought they were amazing! i went straight 2 the merch tables after the concert and bought their cd.

raves +2 Sep 08, 2008 11:59PM GMTI see what your saying, I didn't mean to come off as negative if I did. I'm just glad we can be mature about our opinions, you rarely see that anywhere. I'm a huge fan of AFI and that's what they've done too is come out with a different sound for every album over the years so I can relate to that, although I love their older stuff the best. I like the older harder Avenged Sevenfold the best as well and I also think Bleeding Through's older stuff is better. Either way rock on!!

raves +1 Sep 08, 2008 03:42AM GMTyes i think the words i used were rock and metal gods. i have been listening 2 hard rock and metal 4 bout 30 yrs. now and they r metal. they may not been the heavist metal out there but make no mistake they r metal and they r amazing! i'm not telling u or anyone that u should think the way i do but that goes both ways. just because they don't screem so loud,fast and hard u can't understand what they say does not mean they r not metal. there r so many diffrent kinds of metal.

raves +1 Sep 09, 2008 12:13AM GMThave u seen them live? it is a metal show. an amazing one at that. everyone has their opinion and i respect yours but saying A7X donesn't belong in the metal group is like saying SLIPKNOT doesn't belong there as well. but hey! whatever, i 've seen them and know what kind of show they but on. its all good.
