I'd consider it one of the worst defensive plays in history.

    Most entertaining, at least.

I don't buy that the defense was shabby. It was at the end of the game, and unless they were in man coverage, this isn't in many teams' defensive playbooks. The last lateral skimming the turf before being fielded was a defensive mental error, but I have a hard time blaming these guys. They were some very tired Division 3 athletes.

It doesn't top Joe Montana's comback victory in college.

I do believe that was the year. And I think they played Houston. But I'm old and senile, so who knows LOL.

I have absolutely no idea as I don't watch football, but it was pretty cool to watch. I didn't even know where the ball was half the time though :-D but it was still cool to watch them all running around like crazy, and how excited the dude got. Heh.

NO, its a fluke. The greatest play in football history was Alan Ameche following right tackle Jim Parker into the end zone to win the NFL Championship in sudden death overtime in 1958.

All coaches should find ways to work this into their 1st and 10 playbook.

I would definitely think it would be in at least the top 5? It was certainly a different play. I would always rather be lucky than good ! Not taking any thing away from this team or the play, talking about me !
