    Answered Undecided

I like Evil Dead and Army of Darkness. Evil Dead is a classic. Who can forget teh claymation horror acid trip scence? That freaked me out. And I thought Evil Dead 2 was more of a remake than a part of the series......but whatever. Army of Darkness is very entertaining.

    Answered Army Of Darkness

I think it's the only one I've seen of the series, but I loved it =]
Are the others just as funny?
  • raves     [-] Reverend Muerte replied to Celeste-o-bot 9000
I think they are all funny, but Army Of Darkness is probably the funnier more campy type. Part one is probably one you can skip, I'd go straight to part 2. The visual effects are so cheesy and Bruce Campbell is awesome as usual.
  • raves +1   [-] Celeste-o-bot 9000 replied to Reverend Muerte
lol. Ok, thanks for the suggestion. Bruce Campbell is awesome =]
  • raves +1   [-] JESTER576 replied to Reverend Muerte

Aw man, I love that movie.
  • raves     [-] Reverend Muerte replied to Katy
Thanx for the vote and comment! They're all awesome movies, it's a rough choice. 1 &2 are almost the same movie but I love part 2. Army Of Darkness was great too! They had more fun with that one
  • raves     [-] Katy replied to Reverend Muerte
Yeah, I love the cheesy 80s type graphics, with the skeletons ,it works for the movie though.
  • raves     [-] Reverend Muerte replied to Katy
The cheesiness is the greatest part of those movies. They were initially intended to be serious and scary, but they did such a horrible job and got the opposite response that they were hoping for. That's why Army Of Darkness turned out to be so funny, because in that movie they were actually aiming for a totally cheesy turnout, which they successfully achieved. Great great movies!
