Answered Yes, and take it to the limit!

The dog is considered a cop, therefore it is the same punishment should happen as if he took his partner with him.

Would not even be a discussion if it were a human.

    Wow people, get a life!!
Hey... you who goes by the name 'cocktails', YOU presume to tell others about zero tolerance for drinking and driving- put down the cocktail and smell the coffee!!!
    P.S. louser is not a word .

Trader... shoot him? Who exactly should shoot him? In the real world the punishment fits the crime- of course who cares about justice right?
And Yeah... it's not about a human- it's about an animal so it is a whole different matter; that's the point. Good thing else you'd be responsible for all those animals you eat everyday- you know the ones that don't count cause...well they're just animals?

What an idiot. I don't drink or eat animals. I worked in a casino serving cocktails to losers like yourself and Byron. Let's hope you don't come kill an animal in my town.
We wouldn't wait for the court system!

I don't drink. I'm glad you don't eat animals. If you don't like your job don't blame the customers that pay you. ( and if you don't want people to think you drink maybe cocktails isn't the best name ) I would never expect you to wait for the court system... that was my point: Justice will only matter when you want it... good luck

I said "worked" in a casino. I guess you can't read either. Point is: guy is a loser and let's hope someone somewhere, puts him out of our misery!

Answered Not for a police officer but for animal cruelty.

Funny there is no option to vote to leave the poor guy alone! wtf? Everything is alleged. It was known he was attempting to harm only himself .. that's how the 911call came in but because the police must cover thier ass it has taken on this spin... whatever... you people are haters so go ahead and have a field day. Oh and by the way ... get a life!

Ann if he got in a car drunk or drinking I have no compassion for him. He survived so they should shoot him.
  • raves     [-] Cocktails replied to Ann
Attempting to harm only himself?? Are you kidding. He drove drunk and killed the police dog. I only wish he had hurt himself and thinned the herd of ignorant losers.
If he had killed your family member, the story would be different.

I don't think he should be charged for any of the things that were asked to vote on. He needs help along with others that struggle with mental illness! If they're stuck in prison they usually don't come out any better.

It's just a shame the dog didn't survive and your low life brother die. Your parents should have been nuetered. Who cares if he EVER comes out. He's a drain on society.

no i dont. i knew cory and he is not that type of guy. he is such a nice and generous person. but had no upbringing by either of his parents. i think they should be the ones punished.
  • raves     [-] Cocktails replied to Melissa
Your a louser like your friend above. He was a real nice guy. He was a drunk that was a danger to society and he killed a police dog. Lets hope his homeys beat him in prison.
  • raves     [-] trader replied to Melissa
Melissa he had no upbringing. Cry me a river. He is a lowlife drunk to get into a vehicle and drive.

I think he should do his time at the SPCA in a cage, eating out of a dog bowl and cleaning ALL the cages once a week for life.

This scumbag should be put UNDER the prison! He's obviously a menace to society and should never be allowed to taste freedom again!

Hi! I live in San Diego (Rancho Bernardo) and saw this very sad story on 10News! The city of Oceanside and the Oceanside Police Department is in shock and angry and sad and just running the whole gamut of emotions. The city and community of San Diego should support the Oceanside Police Department any way they can.

It's sad that it's too late for an abortion. That guy has got to go. RIP Stryker.
