Why do you give raves?

Don't know if it's "Why do you give raves?" or "Why do you rave?" but either way, what is the reasoning behind YOUR raving?

I give raves when I like what someone said, when Ilike a picture someone has posted, or when someone replies to a comment I made to let them know that I read it.

I rave all those the take the time to leave a comment on my polls...I may not agree with them...but they took the time record their comment...and it is preserved for eternity.

Many reasons, I like the person, I like what a person said, I liked the persons honest answer, I downrave if I think you are being a jerk, conceited, or if I think the persons answer is totally stupid.
