    I feel and believe if it makes you happy with whatever you chose, then who cares what others think...I on the otherhand, have fake ones if thats what you chose to call them, i call them real ones and a good investment!!

    As a women i do!!! i would never get implants (though i don't need them) but i think people should feel comfortable with their natural assests

    yeah, I know..it's just a weird irrational fear..especially after seeing all the law suits in the mid 90's over leaky or defective silicone bags...

    I had one of the best plastic surgeons around...I have had them for over ten years and plan on having them done again just because..and need not to worry, you can have saline and if by chance they do leak; your body will absorb it...

    Yes natural for me! i like mine, but if i get older and i want a breast lift i will get one, but never breast implants, if others want it im not against it.

    Who cares...Boobs are Boobs (though for some reason I feel that they deserve to be capitalized...LOL) TeHe....I have seen nice ones of both.
