Not seeing what is right in front of your face. Love, your child in trouble, bad people who influence you. If you are blind to what is going on around you or what you have that is good, then this is a tragedy.
Also watching the movie TITANIC I don't think Leonardo was right for this part. -

Winning on the lottery, betting half of the money on the Oakland Raiders, then having a one-night stand with a co-worker without protection and giving your boss a solid fist to the face the next day, before finding out, you forgot your lottery ticket on the co-workers dining table ... -
Answered Forgetting about protection during a one-night stand
As Hollywood has shown me, getting "knocked up" results in a hilarious comedy where the couple inevitably come together and find that they are in love with each other and eventually get married, going to live off in suburbia.
The only thing funnier is child support payments. Those are hilarious... -
Answered Giving your boss a solid fist to the face
From this, punching your boss ranks the worst. A one-night stand or hooking up with a co-worker can actually result in very good results (a beautiful child/loving relationship). Punching your boss likely results in loss of employment and freedom (jail). -

Although I love all the above answers I would have to say that the TITANIC offense is ANYTHING that harms other people! I guess the fist to the face fits it! I don't hook up with Co-Workers on the same level or above me because of "professional boundaries"...as a gay man the protection is important depending on which position I'm in...but I guess I am realizing that NONE of those are as bad as some other things that people do that brutally harm and intentionally hurt others. I guess part of what I'm going through is realizing that I was sexually exploited from the age of 11. The things I did with friends were not the media's business! The harm that comes from that looking for a GOOD/MORAL partner makes it difficult and stands in my way! Without going into details it might not make as much sense, so I'll just leave it at that!

Not spending enough time with your kids. They will miss the love and attention they deserve and you can never get those years back for a do-over.
