there is a lady named dorothy tillman, chicago city counsel alderwoman, whom obama supports,she has alleged made a joke of the city of chicago public finanace industry over her pre occupation with slavery and reparations, prior to obamas 2004 us senate election obama was opposed reparations for slavery. after his election obamas subtly changed his view stating he was against ( just signing over checks to africa americans) leaving open the position of other forms of reparationswould be acceptable to him (chicago tribune 11/14/2004. u.s representative john conyers,chairman of the house judiciary committee, is reported waiting for obama to be elected so conyers can rush a repartions law through congress (the hill 3/13/2007) HMMMMM does conyers know something we dont? with rezko and larry sinclair and rev.wright and ayers and this here and all the other things obama is still lying about can we really afford him in the white house i dont think so, im voting for hillary,

Hell, no! My ancestors were in Denmark when slavery was going on in this country. I come from an open minded, intelligent, non-racist family. Hating and racism is part of my family heritage and is not tolerated in any form, let alone promoted by my family or by my church. -

We were all (including whites) slaves to Egyptians for over 400 years. None of us today can do anything about what happened. Let's stop holding people today responsible about the past. Learn from mistakes and move on go forward. Reliving the bad is like pulling a plow through life. We have passionate feelings. Lets stick to the real issues and elect the one person who sees that we are all very different but want to live successful, safe happy lives. Barack Obama does not feel we have to be a paper cut out society. He knows even though America is diverse we all want the same thing at heart. Barack Obama is listening to our troops and plans on bringing our 160,000 troops home where they are needed and belong. We cannot fight forever. Hillary is a fighter, yes she is, but personally I, this 30 year old white woman has seen enough fighting to last her a lifetime and I want it to the stop the loss. Barack Obama is a problem solver with a heart and mind of a great leader, not a fighter. -

I can't speak for my entire race, but I know for a fact that my family never owned slaves, so it would be ridiculous for me to have to pay anything, wouldn't it?
Ya know, the way I see it, reparations would just further serve to separate the races. Can't we all just be equal? -

Find a culture that does not have slavery or attacks against their neighbors. At some point in history, they all did. Reparations are simply a BAD idea unless you are Caught in it. Like the 2 people recently caught holding a Hispanic girl as a sex slave. THEY should pay and pay dearly to the girl. But not the entire US Culture 70 years from now. -

Now I am Black and don't want, or need reparations. My family has been Americans for over 300 years. I have the T shirt. My intention is not to be mean, but as a johnny come lately, you don't have a dog in this fight. You and yours have been direct beneficiaries of the slave trade, as well as the civil liberties that resulted from Black suffering in this country. So try to get a grip! -
Who exactly is "me and mine" supposed to be? Isn't that grouping me into a stereotype? I've never received any money from slave trading, nor would I ever or ever have accepted any! But, to say that because I'm not black, that I've benefited from slave trade is offensive! Its a HORRIBLE part of American history, one that I nor anyone I know is proud of, but thank God it is just that - History.

This whole thing is ridiculous! My ancestors came over from Europe years after slavery ended! Let's all move on, I mean I'm Jewish, do I get money from Germans???
