Polls reported on CNN 27 March show ability for each Presidential Candidate to be a uniter :
Barack Obama 60%
John McCain 58%
Hillary Clinton 37%
With each Candidate saying that they can unite the country and yet these are their poll ratings, what does this mean?
What do you think will happen as a result of such information?

Obama is trying to be the most popular candidate. First to the left to attract democrats for the primaries, now toward the center to attract independents and maybe moderate republican for the general election. Many times he is backpeddling on what he said earlier. He's already been caught telling the public something while having his team tell the affected parties "Hey, he didn't really mean that." Whatever it takes to get elected! But be sure he will show his true colors if he gets elected, and that's very liberal.
Remember how there was so little difference between him and Hillary? I'm surprised they found anything to debate, and at times they were just splitting hairs. I thought it was kind of embarrassing, actually.
So you gotta ask yourself, is this the kind of person you want representing you? I can vote for somebody even though I don't always agree with their positions, but I can't vote for somebody when I can't be sure what their true positions are. -

This one is easy. As either a Barack or Hillary supporter, the vote will be for Barack. She is asking everyone to support Barack as she is doing. I expect that Hillary will want to start writing her own legacy in history soon and that would be delayed by becoming VP. As soon as she realizes how much bad advise she received from Bill in his attempt to return to the Oval Office, she will mobilize her efforts at becoming the most powerful Senator in Congress or perhaps she will launch her Hillary Health Care Plan as Secretary of Health. She doesn't need Barack or Bill to become historical. Her legacy will far outreach that of her playboy husband Bill. Barack doesn't need her as VP to win in November either. Out of her 18 million supporters, 12-15 million will truly support her and vote for Barack, the rest are phonies and will write-in "Hillary" or vote McCain, which isn't supporting Hillary. -

Obama is full of hot air, with no substance. One can't blindly vote for "change" without knowing what the actual changes will be?!! Our country is at stake here. The hot-headed 'change agents' need to keep cool and think about the consquences of voting for someone (Obama) who has no tangible plans. -

Well at least you can count on Obama's values and ethics as the perfect role model for your children.
For example, he snorted cocaine in college and your children should follow in his footsteps because a life without trying everything at least once.. well isn't much of a life.
And then of course - your children could smoke pot just like Obama because if your children feel stressed out about anything. They should "occasionally" smoke pot to relieve that stress.
And make sure your children attend church with a racist priest to really understand what groups are keeping them from succeeding in life.
And then make sure they understand the core value of saving face. If anyone questions your racist priest that you stood by for 20 years, drop them and then read a speech about how you don't support your priest's actions. This will certainly show them that saving face is more important than doing the right thing of dropping them 19 years 364 days ago.
And don't forget one of the most key ingredients to a well rounded and well respected man - make sure they call all people beneath them - SWEETIE. Make sure to talk to all women in a condescending way at all times. Make sure they know they are above them.
These are definite plus's for your children and your family. I would definitely vote for Obama for his values and his ethics. -

Amazing that you found this poll... I have seen nothing similiar; but there is poll after poll after poll....showing those same numbers only you put Obama's name where Hillary's name was in all the printouts I have see. OR ... maybe Because that poll, like ALL other polls is nothing more than manipulated information. Other than this website, I have never been "polled" so who are all these people giving their opinion? Could you even concieve the idea that perhaps the "negative" Obama responses were thrown out...or just never exsisted. Anyone can write "POLL RESULTS" it is only people who are dumb, stupid or easily mis-lead that believe them... of course, these are the same people that believe Brittany Spears has talent. -

Now that MORE has come to light they should let the people decide not the damn so called "super delegates" which most of them are retarded as per their comments I hear so often everytime they back up OBAMA...These people have alterior motives backing obama thinking the PEOPLE wants the "brother" in the whitehouse...Let the people vote. -

I want a "brother" in the White House, and because I like Obama's brilliance, style, and grace. What is the problem with "brother" anyway? Speaking of racism, I am so encouraged these days by the youth these days. My family is white (oops, "Caucasian" for all those PC out there). We live in a mixed society and my kids and their friends from church and school are all of mixed ethnicities, and they don't even think about it! Racism is something they read about in history and sometimes see on TV. They are shocked when it happens in front of them and they certainly do not approve.
When I was young, I must have given my family conniptions. Apparently I liked a hispanic girl in first grade, but eventually we moved away from that neighborhood because there were too many of "them" moving into the area. A classic case of White Flight, and I didn't even figure that out until 30 years later! I was so naïve. I'd like to think that as time goes on, more and more people will see how ridiulous racism is.
