    Originally I wanted the "perfect place," but now, I think I just want to get in anywhere to get my foot in the door. I actually want to do sports massage, that's why I was so picky at first...but now, I'm thinking of applying at Massage Envy...it's a massage chain, and they hire students and people right out of school...

    Good luck to you and I hope that "perfect" place does come along for you! If you like sports massage try gyms and high schools that have athletic depts. You may hit it off lucky.. I do all kinds of massages but I work in a gym. If there are any runners...see if they will let you be there when they run..Just a thought.

    I did a race last year where I stretched the runners before and after the event...that was a lot of fun

    We only had to have 500 hours. I really enjoyed the school though. We get at least 6 hr in ceu's every year.
