Answered Food/ or lack thereof

There was no answer for me, so i took the one that hadn't been chosen yet ! *haha*
I mostly dislike the announcements of the pilot.
Such as: "Ladies and Gentleman, we finally reached our destinated flying height and speed.
If you please look outside your left window, you see a burning wing.
If you now please look outside your right window, you see another burning wing.
If you now please look outside your left window again, you see a little dinghy on the ocean below ... that's where i speak from - have a nice flight !"

    Answered Ticket prices

Ticket prices, followed by crying children, and then the airport; delays, security, congestion! I am not afraid of flying in cramped conditions, with little or no food, landing, or taking off, turbulence. I have never had lost luggage thank goodness. I have flown from my home in Arkansas, to visit my mother and sisters in New Zealand, several times now, so I have lost most of my phobias, and fears. There is just few discomforts left now!

Answered The airport (delays, security & congestion)

The airport. My home airport is MCO - Orlando, Florida. Lots of leisure travelers who struggle with all the hurdles TSA puts them through. So I bought a CLEAR card which allows frequent travelers to go through a line that only card holders use. It's definitely worth it and if they have it in your area I recommend it.

Waiting and watching all of the people think they are the exception to the rule is actually somewhat entertaining, but I do hate the lines and crowds.

    Answered Fears/ phobias

Haven't flown in over 15 years. I'm terrified of flying.

    Why are you afraid?

you should not be afraid of anything....
  • raves +3   [-] ThatGirl replied to Ihr Hase
I'm afraid of the 30 seconds to a minute between malfunction and crash that I have to think about dying. I know it's rediculous, but it's just a fear I have.
  • raves +3   [-] Ihr Hase replied to ThatGirl
Well there you go I have another job I can do.....

You can fly with me, because I refuse to die, I can protect you....

I can also drive for 25 hours straight if you prefer travelling that way... :)

  • raves +1   [-] Ihr Hase replied to ThatGirl

  • raves +1   [-] ThatGirl replied to Ihr Hase
Doubt I will have the money or need for a bodyguard, but you'll be first on my list if the situation ever does arise.

    Answered Cramped quarters

I once flew 14 hours in the bulkhead of AA and I literally could not get the eating tray in the right position because of lack of room. and I am not heavy.
I call it "knees to nose" flying.

    Answered Take off/ Landing/ Turbulance

I would say the portion where it feels like "free fall" would be the worst for me..otherwise, I usually enjoy my flights...

    Answered Cramped quarters

Actually I could have checked off more than one! But the cramped seating is the worst for me....unless there are crying kids on board.
