DOES SODAHEAD PERMIT RACIST GROUPS?

I understand that people have the freedom to say ignorant things if they feel like it, but does SodaHead allow blatant racism? I think the answer is no, but I’m not certain.

The reason I ask is that I was looking for a group and came across a group called “NONIGGERS” and is dedicated to “anyone who does not want a n****r in the white house” The mastermind behind this is hamperlids (41 year old female) and a member called bm (how appropriate is that?) who both happen to be from the same town in PA.

    Well the answer, folks, is NO, they don't.

    They deleted the group when they found out about it, so I am now closing this poll down.

    No, they do not. They may be a little slow on the uptake, but that's just business. And, if noone reports it how will they know. They can't be monitoring all sites every second.

    It doesn't surprise me that there was a group like that. There are a number of people who harbor hate in their hearts and think it's the proper thing to deride and maliciously attack people and groups of people. I think SodaHead tolerates a lot of hate in the name of "free speech." Keep in mind, it's each SodaHead's RIGHT to not participate in groups or polls that encourage hate speech.

    It makes me sick that people are still racist in friggen 2008! People need to grow the heck up. America is a melting pot and its been like that for 100s of years, why are people holding onto hate, there is no point what so ever.. there is so many mixed marriages that nobody should care what color or eye shape or anything someone else is.. Im Italian German and American Indian, my sisters boyfriend is australian and black, who gives a crap what color or nationality we are..

    Until SH does something wouldn't know their reaction. My own is this is stupid, destructive and savage. I would like to think of our world somehow becoming more civilized not falling backward into a second dark ages with all the ignorance and violence.

    Not groups but there are individuals that almost come off as racist but I think they are just typical Americans. Sunshine knows what I am talking about.

    I haven't seen it quite as blatent as that, but I have seen some I thought were definately at least passively racist. That group is sick and those people should be reported.
