i was in the fourth grade, we were doing some math problems, and all of a sudden the principal in the overcome said that all the teachers turn the tv on, when my teacher did that the second plane had hit. i started crying. i dont know why but i did.

I think I was in like 2nd grade so I didn't really know what was happening but it was early in the morning for california people so I didn't have to go to school that day but I kinda scared watching planes hit huge buildings on T.V. -

I was on my way to work listening to the radio when the announcer came on a said the Twin Towers had been hit by aircraft. I immediately called home and said put on the news. It wasn't until I got to work and everyone was going to the cafeteria to watch the news. Even watching the event it was unbelievable - it took awhile to sink it. -

my reaction was..is this even real? i was in my 5th grade class and the principal came over the intercom and was turn on the news....i couldnt believe this happening....it was like omg wat the hell is going on...i freaked wen i realized it was real.... -

IN SIDE JOB! I could say more but I won't! To many people at this time are still to willing to live with the lie even when they know its a lie. Why I guess ill never know the real reason for there willingness to protect a treason act! -

I was shocked and speechless i was crying a little bit too...I kept thinking to myself why would anyone want to attack us...But i was in the 6th grade back then and didn't follow what was going on in the world like I do now.....I honestly think that it's bush's fault but then again maybe it's not but I hate to see another 9/11 happen =( We haven't even caught Osama Bin Laden yet....So how are we even safe from any kind of attack?

I worked nights at the time, and I was laying in bed listening to a morning comedy talk show. They are always doing bits, and when they said a plane just flew into the World Trade Center, I was expecting to hear a punchline. It was so beyond the realm of possibility that I just knew it had to be a bit. When I realized it wasn't, I jumped up and turned on the TV, and I just couldn't believe it. The 2nd plane hadn't hit yet at that point. I was thinking "could this be an accident?" As soon as the 2nd plane hit, I knew it had to be terrorism. -
Answered my first reaction was....
I was at school and my reaction was "wow...that's going to be a gnarly movie...when does it come out?" and that's about the time where over 40 students and faculty looked at me in shock and jaws to the floor. A friend of mine whispered to me on what it really was and I felt like a complete idiot for the longest time.
