On Kevin & Bean on KROQ (LA based morning radio show), Bean told a story about one day when he was out on his lawn when a neighbor's kid started shooting at a cat with a bb gun. When Bean asked the kid to stop it, he kid complied and put away the bb gun. But a couple minutes later, the kid came back and started throwing rocks at the cat.
The dilemma Bean was having was whether or not he should tell the parents. Should he?

Now, having said that, there is no such thing as a neighborhood cat. Either it's a stray that needs to go to a pound, or it is someone's house cat - which belongs IN THE HOUSE ! -

Of course!! LOL!! poor cat ha! but yeah if the kid doesnt get any discipline right away, that cruelty to animals, just might scalate to doing it to humans later on in life..............And that's how it all gets started!!And netx thing you know we have another serial killer on tha rise LOL!! So yeah spank the lil f**ker ahahah! I mean don't kill the poor guy ha! but don't spare the rod, and that way he'll grow knowing to mind somebody))! uh! hu!! =) -

well a similar story happened by my street some middle schoolers or something thought it was cool to go around with bb guns and mess with animals one day they were messing with my friends cats her dad spotted them and tok their guns and told them that if they wanted it back they had to bring their parents...... if i saw this happening well i cant myself take it away from them so i would tell my mom or older brothers to do the same thing to them and tell their parents and owner of the pet -
