    i'm taking advanced geometry with 12 graders right now and it's not even hard. they don't get it half as much as i do.

    My father was a mathematician and my mother is; however, it didn't rub off on me. I'm more into reading, writing, speaking, and history.

    math isnt hard all you have to do is pug in numbers and know the equations.

    algebra, geometry, trigonometry...physics problems. I always liked that stuff. Theoretical engineering calculus just kicked my ass though. I need real stuff to relate my math to. Example: in college I was able to use the calculus I was failing to make a B in Physics....Go figure!

    Not really.. I mean it's as difficult as any other class.....

    no I'm lying.. Math isn't hard.. It's complicated! About stuff that won't really matter in life!

    for me math was always hard, but I discovered that if I write down every little bitty step, I can do it. I got through two classes of calculus and calculus based physics that way. Drove the professors a bit nuts though.

    "You don't have to write all these steps down"
    "Yes. I do."

    So if you have problems with math, forget trying to do any part of it in your head. Write every little bitty step down. Even if it doesn't help you understand it better, it will drive your teacher nuts

    Yes, if the teacher isn't teaching it well or the student just doesnt want to concentrate and learn. Otherwise, math isn't that hard.

    Esp. Geometry, because there's no rly good explanation (at least in my mind & proofs don't help) I can do Algebra just fine, cuz there's less formulas, but still. Math is my worst. I think that you either have a math brain, or an english brain. I have an english brain. (I like it lol)
