Despite Hillary Clinton's vow to stay in the race, will she drop out?
Hillary Clinton has vowed to the people that she is NOT dropping out of the presidential race, that too many people have worked "their hearts out" to quit this far into it. However, she's also been advising her followers not to vote for John McCain in the election, that it would be a "terrible mistake." She then added that for anyone who has previously voted for her, they should give their votes to Barack Obama, because he holds many more values in common with her when it comes down to running the country.

Answered Yes, her vow to stay in the race is just a ploy.

She will drop out once she gets enough working class donors to cover her $11 million personal loan to the campaign.

Want to know how he gets so much contributions.

Several endorsements were announced yesterday. For one, Warren Buffet, the richest person in the world, has endorsed Barack Obama. Buffet has en estimated wealth of $62 billion. If he decided to spend one-tenth of 1% of his money on ads for Obama, he would't even notice it, but it would amount to $62 million. Buffet is a frugal guy but on the other hand, that kind of money is something Obama might remember if elected President.

She should stay in. I mean I am sick of hearing about the math. The mathematical leader came in second in almost every state needed to win the white house. Oh, wait, I forgot, He is going to win Kansas and all those southern states that have not voted democratic since the civil rights act.

I think the Clinton's ego won't allow her to quit. If she were to get all the delegates left in the states that haven't voted yet, she would still have to take 118 of Obamas pledged super delegates. However when Mondale got the nomination, he didn't have the popular vote either. The super delegates gave it to him. He was beat in the general election hands down. It wasn't until Oprah Winfrey came to South Carolina and pushed for Obama that his numbers went up. She is hoping the super delegates will pick her, and she'll get to count Fla. and Michigan.

He still will not win. Do the math anyway you want. Only the Democratic lunatic fringe can screw up winning the white house. TOO liberal, four more years of Bush, (John Kerry, not Obama, and what happened?).

I know he has all the glazed eye youth at his side, but his inexperience in politics is apparent. Before you say it does not matter, think about a gaff made by the president starting a war. He thinks it should not count, but misunderstandings do count. Saying things, like meeting with leaders of Iran with no preconditions, the tooth paste is out of the tube and he can not put that back. The Obama spin machine is going so fast they have to be dizzy by now.

Go Hillary!! and if not Hillary Go McCain and I have voted for every democratic presidential candidate since McGovern in 72. I know the democrats can screw this up!

She'll still be contesting the 2008 election in 2016. Does that remind you of the Al Gore fans?

She is only doing this for her supporters.

I really hope after this is all over the Democratic party will go to what ever lengths to ensure we are no-longer under Republican rule.

She's a fighter and a winner - she's not giving up until they kick her out of the race, and even that might not stop a massive write-in vote...

While I have no doubt, she doesn't want to bow out, she may have to in the spirit of DNC unity. My guess is, she'll get slaughtered in Oregon on the 20th but she may take Kentucky so that might be the ideal time. At least she leaves on a "winning note." I'm guessing Obama will win Oregon big just like Hillary won W VV huge last week.
