The video posted on YouTube by 16 year-old Crystal from Florida is her pleading for help after she was raped. Crystal seems to be very upset and hurt since her case has been dropped, since the state attorney's office in Florida, "feel slighted by the justice system".
It becomes very common for young people to post videos on social networking websites sharing their terrible stories. Is Crystal dealing with this issue in the right way?

yeah if its a true video and shes not just crying wolf. some kids are fucked up like that. i dont know what to think but i guess if shes really telling the truth then maybe thats all she knew to do. -
Answered No...posting a video on YouTube will only make matters worse!
She's going to regret this later on.
Edit: Wait a moment..did they test her for semen or other forms of evidence?
You see? This is why women who cry rape when it doesn't happen is a horrible thing and (which has happened a lot in the past and will), yet they're mostly allowed go without any words, because if this woman has been raped, no one believes those that have been harmed are believed. This is disheartening to watch. -
She said in her video that her dad was the only one that was willing to help her, so it sounds like her parents know. She also says that she lives in poverty so her parents can't afford to hire a lawyer. Even if they could, a defense attorney can't just take someone to court and charge them with a crime. They could file in civil court, but they would only get money, and probably not even that.

i think she is going to deeply regret posting it, because now everyone who scans the internet will know. I would hate that. But i do understand her frustration and needing to ask for help. -
Answered Yes...the young girl is scared to death and needs help!
I'm sure she has seen other people prosecuted from youtube videos...like those girls who beat their friend down at a house, and those guys who posted a video of an actual rape.
I think she believes that this is a good way to get her message out there so others can rally behind her and get something done.

it will for sure draw some attention , if its a smart mood or not is another question, there is a reason they closed her case and we don't get that info here....so i am undecided
