Me too! If I eat oatmeal at work or home, I'm hungry again. Protein keeps the hungries away more than oatmeal, carbs just make me want more food in a few hours.. I would be a fatty-bubble-atty if I ate carbs all the time!

Mostly the week-ends unless I made an egg salad sandwich to take to work. I love eggs. Usually eat yogurt during the week for breakfast because I can grab and go....I'm always late!
I could eat a whole plate of these!!!

I love horsradish, never thought about adding some to my deviled eggs! I have a small patch growing next to my asparagus. Yes, capers, I love them too.

Just bought some baby spinach; a handful sauteed before pouring scrambled eggs in the pan is a nice change of pace. Better yet, add some cheddar, too. Oh, but that's really a weekend treat--unless of course, we're talking about dinner.
I used to eat them several times a week. I love eggs so much until I saw this picture a few years ago, seriously...I'm not joking. I miss eating eggs but I just can't stomach them anymore because this darn picture keeps popping up in my head.

I love eggs. When my husband is out of town, eggs are my first choice for dinner for my son and I. Easy, cheap, one pan : )
