My Mom told me to help people if I can ,because they could be a angel testing you. love all people black or white and animals.

Hell yes. I'm disabled so it would hard, but I would still help. If I seen someone who needed my help I would get a Bat or a Brick and knock the crap out of them.

yes because i am a kind and caring person and if someone on the street is hurt i would call for help and if they are poor and have a can with no money in it i will give change n if i dont have any change i will give them a dollar.

I live in NYC, the only people I am helping are my friends. I would call the cops for them if they are having that kind of emergency but that would take a while. Plus, you never know what people are up to around here...

You're in luck. There's new rules regarding CPR: don't worry about the breathing, just keep heart pumping / blood circulating.

Most definitely, angel or not. It's just the right thing to do.
My son was hit by a car a few years ago. The lady (a mom with kids in an SUV) rolled down the window and asked 'you okay?') then sped away. What kind of Mom hits a kid and doesn't even get out of her car?

In a heart beat, I would drop what ever I was doing and run to their aid. I can't stand to watch people walk around someone in the need of help, it makes my blood boil seriously. I especially love to help the elderly even if it means just holding a door open for them or helping them with their groceries. I guess it's because I can't stand to see someone struggle. Besides I want someone to be their for my aid if I need it. It's just being human, that's all...

Dial the local police, get a bus there, and hope the person isn't bleeding...

I usually carry latex gloves in my truck, i hate getting dirty on the road, so, even if they are bleeding, i would be able to offer some assistance...
